The role of RF/Microwave Program Director within the Integrated Electronics division of TTM Technologies is a strategic leadership position that combines program management with P&L responsibility for the RF/Microwave business. The director will oversee contract requirements and business performance, managing cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, customer service, production control, and facilities operations to ensure seamless program execution. This leader will directly contribute to business growth and strategic direction by focusing on business development and proposal strategies while managing a team of program management professionals. Matrixed support is provided from other critical departments such as sales, engineering, finance, HR, and IT, enabling a holistic approach to achieving program and company objectives.
This role demands an outward-facing approach to managing TTM's relationships with customers and internal leadership. Responsibilities include defining program tasks and milestones, managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, all while maintaining a strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction and high product quality. The Program Director will also be a change agent, spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement across programs and staff development. The position may be remote-based but requires travel up to 50%, with onsite presence being preferable for certain execution and leadership activities. Job Requirements
- bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field
- 10+ years leadership experience in aerospace and defense
- experience in manufacturing preferred
- experience with organizational change
- knowledge of A&D electronics industry preferred

Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in aerospace and defense industry
- Experience in program execution including EACs and EVMS
- Strong communication and management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire achievement of program objectives
- Experience with business development and proposal strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop impactful solutions
- Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through to completion
- Experience with process improvements and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards

Job Duties
- Provide the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for the business group and effectively communicate to the organization
- Set the goals and objectives for the group, including orders, sales, growth, operating performance, budget, and others
- Develop and communicate effective business plans and ROI analysis to support strategy and growth objectives
- Lead the development of market, product, and technology strategy consistent with corporate plan
- Work closely with customer base, sales, marketing, and engineering to implement strategies
- Lead a team of Program Managers to develop and implement business plans, schedules, and budgets
- Define program tasking/milestones and monitor adherence to program budgets, plans, and schedules
- Plan and allocate human and equipment resources to complete objectives within schedule and budget commitments
- Insure customer satisfaction and product quality are priorities
- Support quality and customer satisfaction across all functions
- Maintain communication and cooperation with other company functions
- Comply with company policies and ethical business practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
