The role of RF/Microwave Program Director within the Integrated Electronics division of TTM Technologies is a strategic leadership position that combines program management with P&L responsibility for the RF/Microwave business. The director will oversee contract requirements and business performance, managing cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, customer service, production control, and facilities operations to ensure seamless program execution. This leader will directly contribute to business growth and strategic direction by focusing on business development and proposal strategies while managing a team of program management professionals. Matrixed support is provided from other critical departments such as sales, engineering, finance, HR, and IT, enabling a holistic approach to achieving program and company objectives.

This role demands an outward-facing approach to managing TTM's relationships with customers and internal leadership. Responsibilities include defining program tasks and milestones, managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, all while maintaining a strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction and high product quality.
