With a presence in numerous countries, DXC fosters diversity, inclusion, and a culture that values ethics and respect for individuals. The company is dedicated to creating opportunities for its workforce while delivering world-class services to industry-leading clients, such as Microsoft.
The Azure Cloud Collaboration Center Tour Planner position is based in Redmond, WA, within a high-profile Microsoft environment that serves as an executive and customer-facing showcase space. This full-time role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule during business hours. As a tour planner, the incumbent plays a crucial role in orchestrating seamless, polished tours for Microsoft stakeholders, executives, customers, and visitors, ensuring the experience reflects the high standards expected by Microsoft. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills to manage complex logistics independently.
The Tour Planner's responsibilities include managing and coordinating tour requests from initiation through completion, monitoring shared inboxes, calendars, and scheduling tools, and aligning tour logistics such as timing, room readiness, stakeholder involvement, and catering requirements. The role requires maintaining a professional presence, liaising effectively with Microsoft executives and visitors, and ensuring the tour environment adheres to Microsoft’s expectations. The Tour Planner also troubleshoots and reports technical or facility issues promptly, maintains comprehensive documentation and training materials, tracks tour activity, and continuously works to improve both the planning process and visitor experience. Candidates will benefit from prior experience in executive support, event coordination, or hospitality in customer-facing environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
DXC offers a competitive compensation package estimated between $63,400 and $117,600, reflecting factors such as experience, knowledge, and organizational needs. Full-time employees have access to comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. DXC promotes an inclusive workplace culture where collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning are strongly encouraged. Working onsite at the Microsoft Azure Cloud Collaboration Center also provides a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge technology showcase, contributing to the very first impressions made on Microsoft's clients and partners. This role is ideal for candidates who are polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to operate with discretion in a corporate environment of high visibility.
