The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, believing that a variety of backgrounds and perspectives strengthen innovation and workplace culture. Airgas strives to create a welcoming environment where every individual's talent is valued and nurtured, fostering both personal and collective success.
The Microbulk Driver role at Airgas, located in New Berlin, WI, is a vital position within the National Carbonation Division. Drivers will also collaborate closely with field service technicians to support CO2 tank installations and repairs, fostering shared goals of operational safety and efficiency. Safety is emphasized, and drivers are expected to conduct vehicle inspections before and after use based on DOT and company maintenance checklists to maintain compliance and ensure fleet safety.
Airgas provides a modern fleet equipped with advanced driver-friendly technologies such as onboard computers, collision avoidance systems, and the latest camera technology, enhancing safety and operational ease. The company offers a comprehensive family benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance. Employees can benefit from paid parental leave, including up to 14 weeks of paid childbirth benefits, supporting growing families.
Beyond these, Airgas invests in future security for its employees through a 401(k) retirement plan with company matches, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time allowances. Notably, benefits commence after just 30 days of employment, demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce promptly.
Joining Airgas means becoming part of a global organization that values your differences and views diversity as a core strength. The company is dedicated to equal employment opportunities, welcoming applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected statuses. Airgas endeavors to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure equitable access to employment benefits and encourages candidates with disabilities to reach out for support during the hiring process.
