Job Duties
- Analyze food samples for pathogens via PCR and immunoassay
- perform various microbe enumerations
- enter data accurately into laboratory systems
- prepare media for testing
- generate detailed laboratory reports
- perform quality control tasks
- undertake other duties as assigned
