Job Description
We are an esteemed Michelin-starred restaurant celebrated for our exceptional culinary artistry and commitment to delivering an unparalleled dining experience. Our establishment is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service, consistently recognized by the prestigious Michelin Guide. As a leading fine dining destination, we pride ourselves on innovation, excellence, and fostering a culture where culinary passion meets precise execution. Our team thrives on continuous learning and accountability, making every guest visit a memorable journey through sophisticated flavors and exquisite presentations.
We are currently seeking an exceptional, driven, and deeply skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary leadership team. This role offers a rare opportunity to serve as the primary day-to-day leader of the kitchen, working closely with the Chef-Owner leadership to shape both the creative and operational direction of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a humble yet highly technical culinary professional who excels in a culture of excellence and accountability. In this position, you will lead the entire kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets our meticulous standards of quality and creativity. You will have a direct influence on menu development, seasonal transitions, and research and development initiatives.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Alongside the opportunity to be part of a Michelin-caliber team, the role includes access to professional growth and development in the culinary arts. If you possess a strong background in Michelin-starred or equivalent kitchens and demonstrate leadership in managing large, talented teams, this position is an excellent fit. Beyond technical expertise, the perfect candidate will be a collaborative leader who excels in communication across both kitchen and front-of-house teams, building a culture that reflects our commitment to excellence and consistently high standards. Joining our team means engaging in a dynamic environment where your passion for refined cooking techniques and heritage proteins will be celebrated and expanded. Our benefits package supports your well-being and professional journey with medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off including vacation and holidays, commuter benefits, dining privileges, R&D support, and performance-based bonuses. If you are eager to contribute to a thriving, Michelin-starred kitchen and grow alongside a passionate leadership team, we invite you to apply and help us continue setting culinary benchmarks.
