- Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- 2+ years of management experience in specialty coffee or full-service restaurant
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong communication and basic accounting skills

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to deliver excellent customer service
- Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction and implementing store strategy
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Maintain productivity and control costs
- Drive business results through effective team leadership
- Foster a positive work environment
