Job Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of food service position-related experience
- 4+ years of management and supervisory experience in food service
- Experience as a patient services supervisor or manager in healthcare
- CDM training or current credential
- Working knowledge of high volume food service operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of patient food service management software
- Composure under pressure
- Driver’s license preferred
- HACCP certification preferred
