Job Requirements
- Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction
- Professional certification and license if required by law
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to carry, lift, push, or pull items weighing 100-300 pounds
- Frequent standing, moving about the facility, and handling equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling
- Eligibility to work legally in the location of employment
Job Qualifications
- Advanced vocational training in building maintenance or construction
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Professional certification or license if required by law
- Strong physical stamina and mobility
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Carry, lift, push, and pull heavy items
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Assist in minor construction and installation projects
