The Sales Manager TO role at Hilton Grand Vacations is a dynamic and influential position responsible for driving in-house sales initiatives and ensuring the achievement or exceedance of targeted net sales volumes. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams including Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and Administrative staff to enhance business outcomes through effective sales strategies and cohesive teamwork. As a Sales Manager TO, you will work directly with the Director of Sales to create and implement innovative policies and processes targeted at maximizing sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will be tasked with conducting daily morning meetings to align the sales team on goals and performance metrics, reviewing and communicating current sales policies, and providing ongoing training to ensure the team understands and adheres to these policies. An integral part of your role will also involve assisting Sales Executives in closing sales and providing constructive feedback to refine their sales presentations, ultimately enhancing the customer buying experience and boosting sales performance. This position requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to support operational demands and ensure seamless sales functions.

Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- 2 years of timeshare sales experience
- 2 years of mentoring, coaching or supervising a team
- Proven ability to maintain high level of productivity over time
- Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
- Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job

Job Duties
- Work with the Director of Sales in the creation and implementation of new policies and processes to enhance business results
- Promote teamwork among Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and all Administrative staff
- Conduct morning meetings alongside Sales Managers
- Review current sales policies and provide training and communication to Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to ensure understanding, and revise if needed based on business needs
- Ensure that all new contracts are completed accurately and processed according to current policy
- Assist Sales Executives in closing sales and counsel their sales presentation at the end of their tour
- Perform additional duties as business needs change to meet and exceed Company goals
