Job Requirements

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • 2 years of timeshare sales experience
  • 2 years of mentoring, coaching or supervising a team
  • Proven ability to maintain high level of productivity over time
  • Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
  • Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job

Job Duties

  • Work with the Director of Sales in the creation and implementation of new policies and processes to enhance business results
  • Promote teamwork among Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and all Administrative staff
  • Conduct morning meetings alongside Sales Managers
  • Review current sales policies and provide training and communication to Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to ensure understanding, and revise if needed based on business needs
  • Ensure that all new contracts are completed accurately and processed according to current policy
  • Assist Sales Executives in closing sales and counsel their sales presentation at the end of their tour
  • Perform additional duties as business needs change to meet and exceed Company goals
