Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in inventory management
  • ability to supervise and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • handle all calls for the housekeeping department and ensure all messages, information and requests are logged and communicated promptly
  • process requests and delegate work assignments in a timely manner and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate operational concerns to the leadership team and address day-to-day issues proactively
  • coordinate all housekeeping employees and activities including office opening and closing, daily room assignments, and inspection of rooms
  • maintain complete knowledge of housekeeping services, hotel areas, and hours of operation
  • keep updated inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies and order as needed
  • generate operational reports for department coordination
  • assist in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas
  • follow safety and sanitation policies
  • perform other duties such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
