This managerial position offers a unique opportunity to play a dual role as both an empowering leader and an expert educator within one of Nordstrom's upscale dining units. As a Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive Manager in Training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully operate a high-performing unit. Your role will encompass hiring, training, managing, and motivating a team of professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will actively support the success of your unit by maintaining high customer satisfaction, adhering strictly to company procedures, and effectively balancing productivity with cost management.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $57,000 to $91,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location within Nordstrom's network. Employees in this role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses. The ideal candidate should possess solid written and verbal communication skills, basic accounting proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational demands. A valid food handler's card is required where mandated by local and state regulations, as well as at least two years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience.
