Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
- inventory management experience
- proven track record of financial responsibility
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service skills

- associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Actively supervise the sales process
- supervise and direct inmate labor where applicable
- accurately report financial results per company protocol
- accurately maintain proper inventory levels
- source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs
- develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, commissary partners, and the Food Service Director
- implement and support all company standards and initiatives
- demonstrate an understanding of company vision, mission and goals
