The Server role is vital to maintaining our high standards of guest service and operational efficiency. Servers are the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests. This position involves greeting guests promptly, presenting menus, offering personalized recommendations on food and beverage pairings, and accurately taking and entering orders. In addition to guest interaction, Servers play a crucial role in revenue generation through thoughtful upselling techniques and promoting menu items that enhance the overall dining experience. This position requires proficient use of POS systems for order entry and accurate payment processing. Servers are also responsible for cash handling duties, including closing out checks and reconciling transactions with sales reports.
Maintenance of the dining environment is another key aspect of the Server position. Preparing dining areas with proper table settings, linens, utensils, glassware, and décor, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring service stations are fully stocked all contribute to a seamless dining experience for guests. Adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations is mandatory, alongside compliance with alcohol service laws to prevent service to minors or intoxicated guests.

Job Duties
