- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- RBS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and present menus, offering recommendations on food, cocktails, and wine pairings
- Explain menu items, preparation methods, and daily specials
- Accurately take orders, noting dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests
- Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate timing with kitchen staff to ensure proper meal pacing
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
