Each completed project must be documented through a mobile app that allows representatives to upload photos and report answers to project-related questions, ensuring transparency and communication between the field staff and corporate management.

The job requires proactive decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to escalate store issues when necessary while maintaining productive relationships with store personnel and Channel Partners colleagues.
