The role of Retail Merchandising Representative at RMS involves servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home, providing an excellent opportunity for those who love retail but prefer a flexible work arrangement. This position offers varying weekly hours, typically averaging between 6 and 11 hours per week, with workload fluctuations depending on the time of year. Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $13.25 during both in-store and online training periods. Additional reimbursement is available for mileage if working outside the local store area and paid drive time under certain circumstances.
