We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at our Tigard, Oregon location. The Sales Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring that Franz’s bakery products are well-stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed in assigned retail stores. This position is crucial in maintaining the bakery’s strong market presence and ensuring that customers receive excellent service and high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with store personnel and internal team members. Responsibilities include product stocking, rotating products to maintain freshness, shelf presentation, vehicle driving for product delivery, loading and unloading heavy items, and maintaining a neat product display area. Attention to detail, safety, and adherence to company core values are essential. This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and operating company vehicles safely. Candidates must also be available to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m., with scheduling details discussed during the interview process.
