We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to join Breakthru Beverage Group's sales team. This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work hours with morning shifts averaging 28 to 30 hours per week. The Part-Time Merchandiser plays a crucial role in supporting product stocking and display efforts within various retail accounts. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing product displays, ensuring proper product rotation, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales area. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and perform light physical activities such as lifting and moving merchandise. The role often entails traveling to different store locations to perform merchandising tasks, building strong rapport with store personnel, and providing valuable feedback to the sales team about merchandising effectiveness and potential opportunities for brand growth.

The Part-Time Merchandiser will also be involved in store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes, ensuring that displays are visually engaging and meet company standards. In addition to day-to-day merchandising duties, the role includes managing point-of-sale (POS) materials and staying knowledgeable about beverage alcohol products to better serve our partners and customers. The position offers a competitive pay of $18.50 per hour, along with a $1,200 taxable car allowance and a $300 monthly gas card, making it an attractive option for candidates motivated by both flexibility and compensation.
