The role of Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage is integral in visually and strategically promoting the company's extensive range of beverage alcohol products. Merchandisers at Breakthru Beverage are responsible for daily merchandising duties in both new and established accounts. These duties include stocking and rotating shelves to ensure product freshness, constructing eye-catching displays that highlight the brand’s unique value, managing point of sale (POS) material, and assisting with store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal promotions. The role requires physical stamina as it frequently involves lifting heavy products, climbing ladders, and maneuvering through retail settings to ensure optimal product placement and presentation.

Furthermore, this role demands excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport with account managers and store personnel, identify new brand and category opportunities, and communicate product availability and promotional updates.
