The role being offered is an hourly position starting at around $21.45 to $22.00 per hour, depending on various factors like experience, location, and skills. This position is vital for ensuring operational excellence within the store, including receiving and organizing merchandise, managing the setup of displays, overseeing daily store activities, and supporting sales growth. The role also involves opening and closing the store, acting as Manager on Duty when necessary, and leading a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service. This position demands a mix of hands-on operational tasks, team leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the store's visual and operational standards according to corporate guidelines.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Physical ability to frequently move up to 25 lbs, ascend/descend ladders, kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and coworkers
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required
- Ability to remain in a stationary upright position for 80% of the time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
- Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates
- Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation
- Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues
- Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service
- Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance
- Drives store sales and controls expenses: Actively seeks ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
- Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines, ensuring promotional materials are displayed properly and updated regularly
- Ensures the execution of company Inventory Integrity process
