We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join us in hourly retail positions starting at $15.00 per hour. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including managing stock, organizing product displays, and executing marketing plans that align with corporate promotions and guidelines. This position also entails taking on the responsibility of opening and closing the store, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently, cash is secured, and the store environment is safe and welcoming for customers and staff.
As a key leader in the store, you will act as the Manager on Duty when needed, responsible not only for operational excellence but also for inspiring and guiding your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Supporting the onboarding and training of new associates, you play a crucial role in helping staff develop product knowledge and operational skills that enhance their performance and contribute to the store’s success.
This position demands the ability to multi-task effectively, maintain composure under pressure, and exhibit creative problem-solving skills. Physical capabilities such as lifting merchandise, using ladders, and standing for long periods are essential to successfully perform the job functions.

Job Requirements
- Frequently operate cash register
- frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
- frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
- frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers
- frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise
- ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required
- must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- college experience preferred
- minimum 2 years of management experience

Job Duties
- Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
- manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates
- manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation
- acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues
- helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service
- supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance
- drives store sales and controls expenses by actively seeking ways to boost sales through optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
- executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines, ensuring promotional materials are displayed properly and updated regularly, and ensuring the execution of company Inventory Integrity process
