Located in Newport Beach, California, Ralphs Coffee at Ralph Lauren is seeking a full-time Merchandise Ambassador to join their dynamic Hospitality Department. This role focuses on driving sales of Ralphs Coffee branded merchandise while delivering exceptional hospitality service to all guests entering the café. The Merchandise Ambassador acts as the face of the Ralph Lauren hospitality experience, embodying the companys values and brand standards in every interaction.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $15.95 to $22.05, depending on experience and geographic location, and demands strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a lively retail environment. The Merchandise Ambassador will greet customers warmly, actively promote merchandise sales, process payments through point-of-sale systems, and keep merchandise displays refreshed and organized. Responsibilities also include daily inventory tracking, restocking, and coordinating with management to ensure stock levels meet demand. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment in alignment with organizational standards and sanitation regulations is key.
