- minimum six months experience in human services or direct care preferred
- strong communication skills

- valid driver’s license with access to an insured, registered vehicle

Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene
- support participants in managing behavioral challenges
- facilitate developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- build meaningful relationships with participants
- encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- maintain accurate documentation and communication
