The caregiving role within REM Community Services requires a compassionate, patient individual ready to work in a dynamic environment. This float position typically offers 32 to 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to accommodate varied schedules including overnights (both awake and asleep shifts), mornings, evenings, and weekend hours. Caregivers must be adaptable and able to work across multiple settings, geographically spanning from Bloomington, MN to Maple Grove, MN. The position offers a competitive wage starting at $22.97 per hour. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience working in group home settings, exhibiting a deep commitment to fostering independence and personal growth among individuals with developmental disabilities.
