Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Patience and compassion in caregiving
- Reliability and responsibility in work attendance and duties

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges
- Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- Build meaningful relationships with participants
- Follow individualized care plans and adapt support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and progress
