Leadership responsibilities extend into cultivating a culture that reflects the mission and values of UGM, with a focus on coaching, staff development, and fostering a servant-leadership mindset. The supervisor is tasked with regular direct communication with team members, conducting one-on-one meetings, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Additionally, this role involves managing safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse as well as overseeing equipment maintenance and scheduling forklift certification training.
