The role of Men’s Lounge Server/Bartender at Atlanta Country Club is a unique and exciting position designed for polished, outgoing, and highly motivated hospitality professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work in one of the club’s most active and social spaces, where a strong bar presence meets high-level service. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable providing attentive floor service and crafting precise cocktails, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for members. As a key part of the hospitality team, the Men’s Lounge Server/Bartender is responsible for delivering personalized food and beverage service, preparing and serving a variety of drinks with consistency, and creating a welcoming, professional, and social lounge atmosphere.

This position requires the ability to maintain a strong knowledge of menus and beverage offerings, execute service standards across à la carte dining and club events, and support daily setup, service, and closing responsibilities. The club values individuals who have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset, along with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a restaurant, bar, or private club setting is preferred but not mandatory. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a starting wage of $19 per hour, and open availability is required, including weekends.
