Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at minimum eighth-grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude

- Capable of lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident engagement
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and safety
Job Duties
- Create an inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy environment in memory care apartments and common areas
- Prepare and serve family-style dining, engaging residents in meal preparation and cleanup
- Ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times daily
- Engage residents with meaningful experiences and social interaction
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall recovery
