This position is offered by an established Memory Care neighborhood, a specialized area within a senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate and tailored care for residents with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Job Requirements

  • no licenses or certifications required
  • none required but one or more years of customer service or administrative clerical experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line telephone and transfer calls and messages to appropriate personnel
  • monitor the emergency notification system, respond immediately, and direct help to the scene of the emergency
  • assist residents, guests, and visitors with questions or concerns
  • direct marketing appointments and walk-ins and provide a tour if necessary
  • distribute mail and packages to residents and associates
  • provide secretarial assistance to administration as needed
  • monitor and prepare visitor sign-in and sign-out logs
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • comply with all policies and procedures and any updates
