The role of Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator at Prestige Estates extends far beyond the routine responsibilities found in typical activity coordinator roles. The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator will be the heart and soul behind vibrant community life within the memory care neighborhood. Coordinators will organize themed events such as beach parties, carnivals, talent shows, and gardening activities that foster social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Beyond group activities, coordinators also provide one-on-one support to help residents reconnect with cherished memories through music, art, and sensory experiences. The role demands creativity, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for working with seniors and individuals facing memory challenges.

In addition to directly engaging residents, the Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, caregiving, therapy, dining services, and leadership to ensure a holistic approach to senior care. The coordinator captures meaningful moments through photography and utilizes technology and social media tools to celebrate resident life and promote community connections.
