The Housekeeper position at Arete at Desert Sage Memory Care plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, directly influencing the health and comfort of the residents. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including cleaning sinks, showers, toilets, and other fixtures; stocking bathrooms with soap and paper products; dusting and wiping surfaces like glass and mirrors; vacuuming carpets and mopping floors; and deep cleaning residents’ apartments and care areas. Additionally, the Housekeeper will manage resident laundry by sorting, washing, drying, folding, hanging, and putting it away according to established guidelines.
