Job Description
Integral Senior Living (ISL) proudly manages a network of care and lifestyle-focused communities across California and surrounding areas, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities. Serving thousands of residents and their families throughout the region, ISL is dedicated to creating environments where seniors can thrive, supported by a team-oriented culture known as the "Culture Keepers." This foundational ethos encourages purpose-driven care and fosters a workplace where team members feel valued, empowered, and supported in their professional journeys.
As part of one of the largest senior living organizations in the nation, ISL communities have earned multiple Great Place to Work certifications from 2022 through 2026, underscoring their commitment to a positive workplace experience. They place strong emphasis on continuous growth and learning, offering team members extensive development opportunities to build meaningful and rewarding careers in the senior living industry.
The organization offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time hours, access to wages before payday, paid time off and holidays for full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances. Employees also enjoy a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid training, opportunities for advancement, meals and uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program to support well-being.
We are currently seeking a Concierge to join the vibrant team at one of ISL's senior living communities. The Concierge plays a crucial role as the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees upon arrival, providing assistance, and managing communications. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
The Concierge will answer and route telephone calls, take and relay messages accurately, provide directions and general information to residents and visitors, and maintain orderly reception and entry areas. Additionally, the Concierge will handle administrative duties such as preparing meal tickets for dining staff and family members, maintaining and updating resident phone lists and logs, organizing and distributing mail, and managing appointments for residents and their families. By performing these diverse duties effectively, the Concierge contributes significantly to the smooth functioning and welcoming atmosphere of the community.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment that values compassionate care and teamwork. If impacting the lives of others positively appeals to you, ISL encourages you to apply and become part of a supportive, growth-oriented community dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and those who serve them.
