The Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide role at The Delaney at The Vale is designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of senior residents. In this position, you will have the responsibility of planning, scheduling, and coordinating a variety of meaningful activities that address the physical, mental, and social needs of residents. The role includes working with specialized life enrichment programs such as Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program to ensure that activities are engaging, therapeutic, and tailored to diverse resident populations, including those with varying degrees of memory loss. This full-time position, working Sunday through Thursday, offers a competitive salary range of $21 to $23 per hour, with excellent benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k plan with employer match, paid time off, daily pay, and on-site gym access.

As a Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide, you play a vital role in fostering a healthy community culture that supports both residents and staff. You will assist the Director of Life Enrichment in facilitating special events and daily activities, while also providing educational opportunities centered around disease prevention and wellness.
