The role of Membership Manager at OneLife Fitness is pivotal to maintaining the club’s reputation and member satisfaction. As a Membership Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership enrollment, managing day-to-day club operations, and ensuring members receive tailored onboarding and ongoing support. Your role will involve building strong relationships with new and existing members, converting prospective members through club tours, and engaging with the local community to generate leads. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial as you will be expected to track leads, appointments, and referrals with the help of CRM tools. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • People-management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Punctuality

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems such as MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Build strong relationships with members and guide them through tailored onboarding
  • Proactively follow up to ensure members are making progress and staying engaged
  • Recruit, convert, and retain members to meet monthly membership goals
  • Host club tours, convert prospects, and ensure successful onboarding
  • Generate local leads and support club marketing efforts
  • Track leads, appointments, and referrals using CRM software
  • Maintain high standards for member service, safety, and club appearance
  • Lead from the front and assist with day-to-day club operations
