Job Description
FORTH Hotel and Club is Atlanta's premier destination for those seeking a blend of modern luxury and a vibrant social scene. Nestled in the heart of the city, FORTH offers boutique hospitality through stylish accommodations, dynamic restaurants and bars, and an exclusive members' club that celebrates culture, community, and connection. This establishment is renowned for its commitment to providing an elevated guest experience marked by creativity, energy, and sophistication. The hotel's dedicated team fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring every guest and member feels engaged and valued. As part of Davidson Hospitality Group, a respected hospitality management company known for its award-winning service and partnership with world-class brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott, FORTH maintains a reputation for excellence and innovation in the hospitality industry. Davidson Hospitality emphasizes an entrepreneurial spirit alongside a personal service approach, offering a supportive work environment aligned with its values of integrity, teamwork, and quality.
The Senior Membership Engagement Manager position at FORTH Club plays a pivotal role in shaping and managing the member experience. This role focuses on all aspects of member engagement starting from onboarding new members, ensuring their acceptance aligns with club standards, and managing membership revocations when necessary. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader capable of delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with club members and guests. Representing FORTH Club professionally in demeanor, articulation, appearance, and character is fundamental to this role. Responsibilities include overseeing membership classifications to meet evolving market needs, analyzing trends and member feedback for continuous improvement, and managing administrative tasks such as member charges and cancellations through CRM software. This manager also leads the Membership Committee, coordinates with internal hotel departments and the events and marketing teams to curate a compelling membership calendar, and ensures clear communication with stakeholders including hotel ownership.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related fields, along with a minimum of two to three years of relevant hospitality industry experience or five years of overall relevant professional experience. The Senior Membership Engagement Manager must be onsite, generally working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on events. Business casual attire and advanced communication skills are essential. The role demands autonomy, problem-solving abilities, proficiency with data and CRM tools such as Peoplevine, and a passion for enhancing member satisfaction through innovative and attentive service.
Davidson Hospitality Group supports its employees with an enriching benefits package, including multiple medical coverage options, dental and vision insurance, 24/7 telehealth services, pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, hotel discounts, paid time off for vacation and holidays, and a 401K match program. The company cultivates a culture that views work as a calling rather than just a job, encouraging professional growth and a collaborative spirit. FORTH Hotel and Club and Davidson Hospitality Group are committed to equal employment opportunity and maintaining a drug-free workplace, requiring pre-employment drug testing and background checks, and participating in E-Verify. Joining FORTH is an opportunity to be part of an exciting, bold environment where you can contribute to redefining quality hospitality and member engagement in one of Atlanta's most vibrant settings.
