Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, communications, public relations, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hospitality industry experience or 5 years of relevant experience
- Availability Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility
- Onsite presence required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with members and guests
- Ability to follow SOP and By-Laws
- Must be able to complete tasks and deadlines
- Ability to make recommendations regarding membership classifications
- Strong writing skills for professional communication
- Must be able to present at membership events
- Ability to manage budgets
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- At least two years prior hotel experience preferred
- Strong professional communication skills
- Proficient with CRM tools, especially Peoplevine
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Experience leading committees and coordinating events
- Business casual professional demeanor
- Ability to represent the club at key member events
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage member onboarding and acceptance processes
- Coordinate membership revocations upon request or directive
- Lead and manage member engagement experiences
- Represent FORTH Club professionally in all interactions
- Analyze membership trends and feedback for improvements
- Lead Membership Committee including meetings and events
- Manage member charges and cancellations using CRM
- Collaborate with events and marketing teams on membership calendar
- Provide updates to ownership and stakeholders
- Uphold membership standards referencing SOP and By-Laws
- Solve problems efficiently
- Engage with club members to ensure satisfaction
- Organize and distribute membership kits
