The Membership Coordinator at Bonita National represents an exciting career opportunity within this esteemed community. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards expected by residents and providing top-tier support to both the management team and residents. Reporting directly to the Membership & Lifestyles Director, the Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations related to membership and lifestyle programming. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic hospitality environment, demonstrating a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering community connections.
This position requires an individual who can efficiently handle various responsibilities, including resident registration, membership record monitoring, and supporting lifestyle events. Additionally, the Membership Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and managing club programming and assisting with specialized events and tours. The role demands someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with different stakeholders, including residents, realtors, management, and event teams.
With a focus on excellent customer service and operational support, the Membership Coordinator will thrive in a role that combines administrative duties with active involvement in community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using office systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and should preferably have experience related to HOA operations, hospitality, or management. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not required.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and attend events as requested
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
- Experience in HOA operations hospitality or management preferred
- Availability to work weekends or evenings during special events as needed
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English both orally and in writing using correct grammar with membership co-workers and management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to understand member concerns and problems and find solutions using good judgement and maintain discretion and diplomacy while performing job duties promoting positive relations with guests members and staff
- Ability to think clearly and quickly prioritize organize and follow up within the appropriate time frame
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all member information
Job Duties
- Deliver prompt courteous and outgoing service to all residents guests and staff
- Support the membership and lifestyle director in all department needs and programming
- Register new residents and rental tenants in community systems
- Greet walk-in residents and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Monitor all membership records and reports
- Assist with realtor and new member tours when needed
- Assist with coordinating all lifestyle events ensuring smooth execution when needed
- Organize schedule and manage all club within club programming
- Organize schedule and assist with all ESL programming
- Assist with department manager birthday program
- Prepare detailed reports summaries and documentation as requested
