Job Description
ArchWell Health is a pioneering healthcare provider committed to transforming the experience of senior healthcare through an innovative and compassionate approach. Dedicated to improving the lives of our senior members, ArchWell Health operates comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics designed to feel like a welcoming home for seniors. The company fosters a vibrant, wellness-focused community where seniors not only receive top-quality medical care but also experience greater continuity of care and personal respect. ArchWell Health's model ensures each member is treated with dignity by a team that genuinely cares about them, their families, and their surrounding communities. The company is grounded in the belief that excellent healthcare should be accessible to all seniors, regardless of economic means, promoting equal opportunity for superior medical services.
The role of Membership Consultant at ArchWell Health is integral to expanding access to healthcare by serving as the primary ambassadors of the organization’s mission. Membership Consultants play a crucial role in growing the patient base by engaging directly with seniors and community partners. This outside healthcare sales position requires a dynamic blend of traditional B2C and B2B sales skills combined with community engagement, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Consultants interact with seniors in various community settings such as their homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and other local gathering places to communicate the value of ArchWell Health's services and help seniors enroll in medical coverage. They also organize and execute local events aimed at reaching medically underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors, ensuring these important community members receive the care they deserve.
In addition to direct community engagement, Membership Consultants build and maintain strategic partnerships with health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, and senior housing managers. These relationships position ArchWell Health as the preferred provider for referring seniors to reliable, high-quality primary care. Collaborating closely with Community Relations and other stakeholders, Membership Consultants help execute initiatives that promote patient growth while supporting public health programs and local economic activities.
This role is well-suited for individuals seeking a rewarding career that combines sales acumen with a meaningful mission of service to the senior population. While prior experience in Medicare Advantage sales or senior healthcare is beneficial, the organization welcomes candidates who bring diverse sales talents and a strong commitment to community wellness. Membership Consultants at ArchWell Health utilize advanced sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce to manage client relationships and track outreach efforts. Their work not only results in new patient enrollment but also fosters ongoing engagement with patients to improve retention and overall experience.
Employment in this position offers an opportunity to make a measurable difference in the lives of seniors every day, building lasting relationships rooted in empathy and trust. ArchWell Health’s environment encourages collaboration and continuous growth, making it an excellent place for aspiring healthcare sales professionals to thrive. The position involves limited travel, primarily within local markets, enabling consultants to build deep roots in their communities while advancing their careers. Overall, this is a vital role within a forward-thinking healthcare provider dedicated to community health, patient respect, and innovative service delivery.
