The Membership Concierge I at Life Time plays a vital role as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the company’s values. This position requires a friendly, engaging individual who is passionate about health and wellness and capable of building strong relationships with members. The Concierge fosters loyalty by creating memorable and personalized experiences, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and supported. This role is part-time, requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, and includes comprehensive training to obtain Concierge Certification upon hire. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
- 6 months service or reception experience

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- assists members with transactions and general account changes
