The Membership Concierge I position is a vital front-line role within the organization, serving as the first point of contact for all members and guests visiting Life Time. As a Membership Concierge I, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience by warmly welcoming every visitor, providing knowledgeable assistance about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and handling member transactions and account changes effectively. The role offers a dynamic and enjoyable work setting where you engage with people daily, support their health objectives, and contribute to the overall member satisfaction and loyalty.
This position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
