- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- handle club and del resort member relations, reservations and special requests
- follow up with all email and phone inquiries
- interact with members daily including casual, business and challenging circumstances
- handle requests for new, lost member cards and parking cards
- serve as initial contact for membership inquiries
- support club social events including planning, registration and setup
- provide support to Membership Director and Membership Management team
- attend daily staff meetings
