The iconic Hotel del Coronado is a renowned historic resort located on Coronado Island, just minutes from Downtown San Diego. It is one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and has undergone a significant $400 million renovation and expansion, making it more stunning than ever. The property spans 28 acres and features over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas, alongside 65,000 square feet of banquet space. Guests can enjoy ten food and beverage outlets on-site, including four restaurants, two bars, a food truck, a marketplace, an ice cream shop, and in-room dining options. The Seasonal Membership Concierge position at Hotel del Coronado invites dynamic and service-oriented individuals to join a prestigious team in a full-time seasonal role from May 2026 through September 8th, 2026. This role involves direct interaction with club and resort members, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The Membership Concierge will be responsible for managing member relations, reservations, and special requests such as dining, spa, and recreational activities to maximize member utilization and satisfaction while contributing positively to revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills to manage inquiries via email and phone effectively and handle various circumstances, including casual, business, and challenging interactions.
The position also serves as the initial contact for membership inquiries and supports the Membership Director and the Membership Management team, providing a vital link between members and the club's services. Candidates will play an essential role in supporting club social events from planning through implementation, including tasks such as registration and setting up necessary materials. This assignment offers a valuable experience in a world-class resort setting, highlighting Hilton’s commitment to innovation, quality, and outstanding hospitality.
