We are currently seeking a dedicated Membership Concierge II to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining exceptional relationships with our members and guests by providing top-tier account maintenance, service delivery, programming insights, and engagement efforts. As the first point of contact for members and guests entering our resort facilities, the Membership Concierge II will embody a hospitality-focused mindset, consistently building rapport and creating memorable experiences for our clientele. This position requires a blend of customer service expertise, multitasking skills, and a passion to assist others in a fast-paced environment.
The Membership Concierge II will actively support member engagement through inbound and outbound communications, including answering phone inquiries and conducting outreach to encourage participation in club programming, events, and services. They will also assist with account maintenance functions such as processing member requests, handling changes, and managing transactions related to programs, products, and services. A significant aspect of the role involves serving as a key contact for new membership sales and supporting member retention initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
- passion to serve others
- effective communication skills
- able to multitask effectively
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort

- receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming events pricing and policies
- assists members with account maintenance processing member needs changes and transactions including program service and product payments
- serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
- engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns utilizing appropriate tools and resources
