The Membership Concierge Leader plays a vital role within Life Time’s operational framework, delivering a best-in-class experience for all members and guests by leading the Membership Concierge Team. This leadership position is crucial in building a culture of excellence focused on guest engagement, service execution, and member retention. By exemplifying the Life Time brand commitment both professionally and personally, the Membership Concierge Leader drives a team that excels at creating meaningful connections with members, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to pursue their healthy lifestyle. The leader serves as the primary liaison to the Club General Manager, coordinating activities and partnerships across all in-center departments to maintain seamless operations and foster member satisfaction.

The Membership Concierge Leader regularly participates in Life Time’s classes, activities, events, and programming, embodying the brand’s healthy lifestyle philosophy. In addition, this role involves meticulous management of schedules and zone rotations to ensure optimal team performance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of achieving budget goals
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

- Hospitality management or similar degree or certification preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

- Functional pro in executing business protocols including new member acquisition, existing member retention and new member connectivity
