The Membership Concierge Leader plays a pivotal role at Life Time by delivering an unparalleled member and guest experience through leading the Membership Concierge Team. This position is essential for building and maintaining a culture focused on service excellence, member engagement, and retention in alignment with Life Time’s premium brand standards. The Membership Concierge Leader acts as a central connector within the club, facilitating seamless collaboration among all departments under the guidance of the Club General Manager. This leadership role is designed for individuals with a growth mindset and a strong desire to develop professionally, offering a clear path toward advancement to a General Manager position.

In this capacity, the Membership Concierge Leader not only exemplifies service excellence but also embodies the Life Time brand commitment to healthy living both personally and professionally. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and certifying your team members to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that the team's performance continuously exceeds expectation. This role demands expert proficiency in managing schedules, optimizing operational efficiency, and executing business protocols related to member acquisition, retention, and connectivity. Additionally, you will actively participate in Life Time’s classes, events, and programs to maintain an authentic connection with the community and support member success.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in customer service, sales, business planning, and process management. This position also requires skill in expense and revenue tracking and a passion for creating value-based relationships that connect members with relevant services and programs. The Membership Concierge Leader will be a crucial player in driving club success while promoting a positive, engaging environment for all members and staff. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of achieving budget goals
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

  • Meticulously manages schedules and zone rotations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Functional pro in executing business protocols including new member acquisition, existing member retention and new member connectivity
