This role is full-time and offers a competitive salary starting at $64,000, with potential earnings up to $88,000 based on experience and qualifications, in addition to performance-based bonuses. As a critical link between members and the club’s array of services, the Membership Concierge Leader is responsible for driving an exceptional guest experience and member engagement. Leading the Membership Concierge Team, this position sets the standard in delivering service excellence and member connectivity, aligning with Life Time's premium brand values. The role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to service recovery and business planning. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that team members are motivated, well-trained, and empowered to exceed performance goals and member satisfaction standards. You will work closely with the Club General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and superior member experiences at every touchpoint. Job Requirements

- 3 plus years of managerial experience
- 3 plus years of customer service experience
- 3 plus years of sales experience
- 3 plus years of achieving budget goals
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
