The Membership Concierge Leader role at Life Time is a vital leadership position that focuses on delivering an outstanding experience for all members and guests. As the right hand to the Club General Manager, the Membership Concierge Leader plays a crucial part in fostering seamless club operations, strong interdepartmental partnerships, and high levels of member engagement. This role emphasizes a growth mindset and the ambition to progress toward a General Manager role within the organization. The Membership Concierge Leader is tasked with onboarding and certifying team members, providing coaching, managing schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency within their zone. This salaried position offers competitive compensation starting at $75,600 with potential earnings up to $104,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The role also includes performance-based bonus eligibility, reflecting the organization’s commitment to rewarding excellence.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of achieving budget goals
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
