The Membership Concierge III at Life Time Work is a pivotal role dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. This position is integral to the member experience, combining expertise in sales, service, and community-building. The Concierge III acts as a leader within the Concierge Team, exemplifying best practices and fostering a culture rooted in exceptional service standards. With a focus on member satisfaction and retention, the team member promotes Life Time Work offerings, supports member onboarding, manages daily space operations, and facilitates various events designed to build community and encourage a healthy way of life.
The role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can handle multiple responsibilities including managing the service desk, supporting technology needs in a limited capacity, tracking location financials such as profit and loss, and handling supplies management. This person will host member events regularly, blending the promotion of workplace wellness with opportunities for networking and engagement. The Membership Concierge III is also expected to collaborate cross-functionally with the Club Member Concierge team to ensure seamless service across all areas.
Success in this role means not only meeting but exceeding acquisition and retention goals by engaging in persistent outreach and sales efforts. Additionally, the Concierge III will actively collect and respond to member and team feedback to continually improve the service environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience
- demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication and time management skills

Job Duties
- Builds and develops relationships with new and existing members by providing premiere customer service and showing care for all members, team members and space presentation
- serves members at member service desks, setting an energetic, helpful and friendly tone
- performs daily walkthroughs to ensure that all areas are 'like new', clean and organized
- hosts member events on a regular basis focused on living a healthy way of life in work, and to cultivate community and connection between members
- demonstrates personal sales success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- tracks business financials for the Life Time Work location including P&L
- facilitates cross-training with Club Member Concierge team
- builds awareness and support for retention through effective communication and reporting of all social and business activities
- collects and responds to feedback and concerns gathered from team members and members
- delivers new member onboarding
