The Membership Concierge III role is a key position within the Life Time team, responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to members and guests. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing environments and are passionate about health, wellness, and creating positive member experiences. As a Membership Concierge III, you will play a crucial part in promoting Life Time’s memberships to prospective members by assisting with the buying experience and contributing directly to achieving club acquisition and retention goals. You will serve as a leader on the Concierge Team, sharing your expertise and modeling exemplary service behaviors that foster a culture centered around member satisfaction and engagement.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of member interaction, facilitating check-in processes, answering inquiries, and building lasting relationships that enhance brand loyalty. Your proactive approach to service will ensure members and guests feel valued and supported as they pursue their wellness journeys. Additionally, you will handle account maintenance, process transactions, and engage in specialized retention efforts to assist members considering cancellation by presenting alternate membership options. This is an hourly position starting at $21.50 per hour with the potential to earn up to $28.75 based on experience and qualifications. Life Time values professional development and will provide you with training including Membership Sales Certification and Retention Specialist Certification within the first 60 days of hire, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Minimum of 1-year sales experience
- Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire
- Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties
- Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club
- Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Proactively builds relationships with members and guests, regularly creating over the top service experiences
- Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- Functions as a player on the Certified Retention Team, assisting members requesting to cancel their membership by communicating options and facilitating the option that best suits the member
- Engage in service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources to find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customizes the buying experience for prospective members by encouraging involvement with amenities and programs aligned to customers interests and needs
- Communicates with members and prospective members via email or phone in a manner aligned with our brand
- Completes administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation
