The Membership Concierge role is a cornerstone position within this community, serving as the initial point of contact and a trusted representative of the Life Time brand. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with members and guests, providing account maintenance, service delivery, and insightful programming guidance. The Membership Concierge is responsible for facilitating interactions that enrich the member experience through personalized attention, problem-solving, and fostering meaningful relationships. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • passion to serve others

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming events pricing and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance processing member needs changes and transactions including program service and product payments
  • serves as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns utilizing appropriate tools and resources
