As a Membership Concierge II at Life Time, you will be a vital professional focused on account maintenance, delivering outstanding service, offering programming insights, and engaging with members and guests. This role is instrumental in ensuring members and guests receive top-tier service from their initial contact throughout their membership journey. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact when members and guests enter the resort, managing inbound and outbound communications to enhance engagement, and supporting new membership sales and retention efforts. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting members with account updates, processing payments, and addressing inquiries with problem-solving initiatives aimed at service recovery. The position requires a balance of empathy, efficiency, and hospitality acumen to create exceptional experiences consistently. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented setting and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and growth. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Passion to serve others
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
