The role of Membership Concierge II is crucial within this dynamic environment, serving as a cornerstone of the member experience. This position emphasizes account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and proactive member and guest engagement. As a Membership Concierge II, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, embodying a hospitality mindset that prioritizes relationship building and delivering extraordinary experiences consistently. You will handle inbound phone calls and outbound outreach efforts, supporting both member engagement and acquisition.
This role also requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to accurately inform and educate members and guests. You will assist members with various account needs, from processing transactions and changes to handling payments for programs, services, and products. Beyond administrative responsibilities, this position plays a vital role in new membership sales and member retention, acting as a key contact during these critical interactions. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
- passion to serve others
- effective communication skills
- skilled at multi-tasking
- delivering high quality customer service

- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for 4 hours at a time
