As a Membership Concierge II at Life Time, you will serve as a vital link between the resort and its members and guests. This role demands a high level of professionalism in account maintenance, service delivery, and member engagement. The Membership Concierge II is the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the resort, setting the tone for extraordinary experiences through a warm hospitality mindset. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for serving others, all while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You will engage in both inbound and outbound communication with members, assisting them with account related inquiries, program information, and membership transactions. Additionally, this role involves supporting new membership sales and retention efforts, using problem-solving skills to address concerns and service recovery with tact and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • ability to multitask
  • delivering high quality customer service
  • proficiency in service recovery
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
